We are seeking a compassionate and professional Nurse Fellow to join our team at CVI Hartsfield Village. As a Nurse Fellow, you will provide assistance with daily living activities and preventative, therapeutic, and restorative nursing procedures. You will work in a positive and motivated team environment, providing excellent customer and clinical services to our patients and residents.
Responsibilities:- Provide assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff and physicians.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and develop care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- CNA Certification must be current and in good standing with the Indiana Nursing Assistant Registry.
- Demonstrated compassion for seniors and their families.
- Must be enrolled in a nursing school program.
- Desire and ability to work productively as part of a team to provide excellent customer and clinical services.
