Key Responsibilities
  • Implement programs and procedures to achieve individualized goals and objectives
  • Provide assistance and instruction to individuals in activities of daily living, including personal care and hygiene
  • Participate in therapeutic programs to develop individuals' capabilities and promote independence
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities or similar populations
  • Ability to lift and restrain individuals, as needed
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
