Key Responsibilities- Implement programs and procedures to achieve individualized goals and objectives
- Provide assistance and instruction to individuals in activities of daily living, including personal care and hygiene
- Participate in therapeutic programs to develop individuals' capabilities and promote independence
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities or similar populations
- Ability to lift and restrain individuals, as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
