Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective utilization management strategies to optimize patient outcomes and reduce healthcare costs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care planning and coordination.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans that address the complex needs of patients with dual diagnosis.
- Provide education and support to patients and families on mental health and substance use disorders.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- 2 years of experience in outpatient settings, preferably in utilization management or case management.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with knowledge of utilization management principles and practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
