Siler City Center, a leading post-acute care provider, is seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA to join our team in Siler City, NC. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission of providing compassionate and personalized support to our residents.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate CNA to work alongside our licensed nurses in providing high-quality patient care. As a CNA, you will assist with daily living activities, ensure patient safety and well-being, and provide emotional support to our residents and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
  • Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and positioning
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to licensed nurses
  • Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
Qualifications
  • Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification required
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to ensure patient safety and well-being
