Job Title: Electrical Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team at The Levy Company. As an Electrical Estimator, you will play a crucial role in gathering, calculating, and compiling data for use in conceptual and bid proposal estimates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calculate data, including quantity take-off, bill of material, labor productivity, labor costs per manhour, and activity durations, to provide accurate and timely project estimates.
  • Research historical data and compile project reference information for estimates.
  • Prepare routine estimates utilizing company estimating software.
  • Identify business opportunities and present to Operations Manager.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of electrical estimating experience using estimating software.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably Construction Management or engineering.
  • Valid Texas driver license.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience estimating federal, heavy industrial, and/or airfield lighting projects.
  • Experience with Trimble Accubid Bid Winner estimating software.
