Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electromechanical Assembler II to join our team at Sakura Finetek USA, Inc. This individual will be responsible for performing a wide range of electromechanical production operations, including assembly, testing, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and test electromechanical instruments and subassemblies using hand tools, power tools, and special tools.
  • Perform quality control checks on assembled products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
  • Operate and maintain equipment and machinery used in the assembly process.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in electromechanical assembly and production.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering prints, schematics, and technical documents.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Working Conditions

The Electromechanical Assembler II will work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to various chemicals, materials, and equipment. The individual must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. The work environment is fast-paced, and the individual must be able to work effectively in a team setting.
