About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Production Manager to join our team at Reading Truck. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for directing the workflow of our Standard Finish Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the work of assembly team members and support employees
  • Train employees on required job functions
  • Maintain a safe work environment and respond to safety issues with urgency
  • Establish and meet quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage the work schedule to achieve delivery requirements
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years prior experience leading an hourly skilled trade workforce
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
