We're seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you'll be responsible for installing, testing, and repairing DBS and related equipment for commercial and residential customers. You'll also provide excellent customer service, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and test DBS and related equipment for commercial and residential customers
  • Repair and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Travel to customer locations, including residential and commercial sites
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work at heights
