Job Title: Ramp Service Agent

At Signature Flight Support Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Ramp Service Agent to join our team. As a Ramp Service Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient handling of aircraft on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Flight Line Operations: Safely and accurately conduct flight line operations in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to aircraft crewmembers, passengers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ground Support Equipment Operations: Operate and maintain ground support equipment, including fuel trucks, vans, tugs, and cars.
  • Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure work environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Age: Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Driver's License: Valid state driver's license. In some locations, a commercial driver's license (CDL) may be required.
  • Background Checks: Ability to pass background checks (criminal and motor vehicle), drug tests, and receive and maintain issuance of an airport security badge.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience: Three (3) to six (6) months experience and/or training in aviation, customer service, or a related field.
  • Aviation Knowledge: Basic knowledge of aviation principles and procedures.
