Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer 2

This role is a key contributor to the success of our manufacturing operations. As a Manufacturing Engineer 2, you will be responsible for planning, conducting, and evaluating analyses to improve manufacturing processes and solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform technical studies and conduct analysis of operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for equipment and manufacturing methods.
  • Collaborate with operations engineers to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce defects.
  • Develop and implement Lean Manufacturing methodologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead and coordinate projects between multiple organizations to drive process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
  • Eighteen months of manufacturing engineering, planning, or related technical experience.
  • Proven knowledge of Lean and/or Six Sigma principles.
  • Ability to operate computerized equipment and software, such as CADAM, CATIA, Solumina, SAP, and Corridor.
