Key Responsibilities:
- Document nursing interventions in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Coordinate patient appointments and manage inventory supplies.
- Assist in training new staff members and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in emergency situations, possess strong communication abilities, and exhibit excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Work Schedule:
This position offers a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday, with no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call duties.
Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited LPN program is required.
- Must hold a valid license in the State of South Dakota or be eligible for licensure upon hiring.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required and can be obtained during the onboarding process.
