Job Title: Architectural Drafter

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter to join our team at RogueSearch. As an Architectural Drafter, you will be responsible for preparing and managing individual house plans, lot-specific blueprints, and ensuring execution of permit submittals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate division product needs with the Zone Architectural Services team.
  • Prepare and manage individual house plans, lot-specific blueprints.
  • Manage drawings in CAD related systems.
  • Adhere to established QC process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Minimum 3 years of Architectural or Construction experience.

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year (depending on experience).
