We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Wellness Cafe Physical Therapy, Inc. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in improving the lives of residents in our assisted community.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate new residents on Medicare and contribute your expertise to enhance their functional mobility.
  • Assess home and work environments to ensure a safe living space for residents.
  • Conduct scheduled therapy sessions to improve balance, gait, posture, and strengthening, transitioning to a maintenance program.
  • Timely and efficient completion of therapy notes on the WebPT platform.
  • Lead exercise and educational classes for the community as scheduled.
Requirements
  • Dependability, flexibility, excellent organizational skills, and collaboration with community and families.
  • Outpatient experience and WebPT EMR prior experience highly valued.
