About the Role

The Development Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Woodbridge office, which has over 100 advisors and staff. This individual will manage facilities operations, ensure timely completion of tasks, and maintain a high level of organization and results motivation.

Key Tasks

  1. Manage day-to-day facilities operations, including mail processing and supply ordering
  2. Support onboarding and terminating advisors and staff, maintaining occupancy reports and phone directories
  3. Coordinate conference room reservations and in-house training, enforcing health and safety procedures
  4. Work with the Technology Manager to solve Level 1 Tech Issues and assist in technology ordering

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 4+ years' experience, financial industry experience a plus
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven record of guiding people through a process
