We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Rehabilitation team at Memorial Satilla Health. As a Rehabilitation Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, evaluate, plan, implement, and coordinate patient care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation therapy team to provide acute medical management and improve patient functional skills.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification.
- Experience in rehabilitation nursing or a related field.
