- Strong Sales Skills: Proven track record of success in sales, with experience in tracking, developing, following up, and closing leads.
- Excellent Communication: Excellent multitasking and computer skills, with proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Sales Software: Familiarity with sales software, with knowledge of Infusionsoft a plus.
- Active P&C Producer License: Possession of an active P&C Producer License.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Lithuanian or Russian.
- Industry Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Agent in the insurance industry.
This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.
