Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care to patients, including assistance with daily living activities, vital sign monitoring, and transportation.
  • Support patients with personal hygiene and daily living needs, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care, communicating effectively and responding promptly to patient needs.
  • Document patient data accurately and completely, providing an accurate record of patient activities and responses.
  • Contribute to a safe and efficient patient care environment by maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control protocols, and utilizing standard precautions.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Completion of a state-approved Nurse Assistant course or 6 months of experience as a Nurse Assistant required.
  • Previous customer service, cleaning, food service, or patient-related experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly in response to patient needs.
