Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Ambassador at Orangetheory - Franchise #0279. As a Fitness Ambassador, you will be responsible for greeting clients, presenting the Orangetheory concept, and working at the front desk to ensure a seamless experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients with enthusiasm and energy, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Present the Orangetheory concept to interested clients, highlighting the benefits and unique features of our studio
  • Work at the front desk, answering phones, and responding to member inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide studio tours, showcasing the facilities and equipment to prospective clients
  • Work closely with trainers to guide new clients through their first Orangetheory workout
  • Sell memberships and promote our services to help drive studio growth
  • Follow up with prospective clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Handle member concerns and resolve issues in a professional and objective manner
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our studio and services
