Job Responsibilities- Ensure accurate and timely application of Value-Added Services (VAS) to garments, adhering to Galls' high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform various duties, including garment prep, sewing, emblem application, embroidery, auditing, engraving, and heat press application.
- Operate industrial machinery, including embroidery equipment, sewing machines, engraving tools, and heat press machines.
- Monitor machine operation to detect problems or malfunctions, and communicate any job delays or issues.
- Maintain daily production requirements and standards, ensuring high-quality output.
- Audit finished VAS against order tickets to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Work collaboratively to achieve productivity goals efficiently and accurately.
- High School degree or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a tailor shop, alterations, seamstress, embroidery, or similar environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to comprehend instructions and execute tasks accurately.
- Basic computer skills with the ability to learn new software, including Galls' internal systems.
- Good manual dexterity, with the ability to sit or stand for extended periods, work in a non-climate-controlled environment, and lift up to 60lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines while performing high-quality work.
