  • Build a career centered on constructing homes with zero defects, effective cost management, and strict adherence to timelines.
Engage with the local community, generating leads through Realtor/Co-Broker partnerships, referrals, and proactive prospecting.

  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the competitive landscape, including products, locations, community insights, sales strategies, advertising, and demographics.
  • Aim to achieve at least one net sale, ultimately striving for customer satisfaction.
  • Guide visitors through Welcome Home Centers, model homes, and available inventory, addressing inquiries and providing detailed information about the community and home features.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings to review neighborhood performance and sales tactics, including Division Phone Banks.
  • Periodically collect data and prepare reports for management review.
  • Ensure the upkeep of the Welcome Home Center, model homes, and inventory properties by communicating maintenance issues to field and office staff and ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Required to cross-train on other communities within the division as necessary.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in New Home Sales and/or commission-based real estate sales.

  • Proficient in PC skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Capable of preparing written documentation and performing contract calculations.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:

Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during standard work hours is a fundamental aspect of this role.

Requires the ability to work more than eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment that may exceed 50 pounds.

Job may necessitate occasional operation of construction equipment. Finger dexterity may be required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
