Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Commercial Truck Driving Instructor to join our team at GeorgiaGov. As a key member of our instructional staff, you will be responsible for teaching courses leading to the Commercial Truck Driving technical certificate of credit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement instructional goals and objectives.
  • Evaluate students' progress and provide feedback.
  • Manage supplies and equipment, ensuring a safe and secure training environment.
  • Maintain program certification requirements and prepare administrative reports.
  • Participate in staff development workshops and conferences to stay current in the field.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in commercial truck driving and excellent instructional skills. You should be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with students, staff, and other educators.
