We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Specialist to join our team in Missouri and Arkansas, covering over 150 cities. As a key member of our crew, you will perform tower maintenance, upgrades, and repairs at heights greater than two hundred feet.
Key Responsibilities- Climb towers and place new equipment in optimal locations to provide service.
- Repair damage to tower equipment.
- Respond to emergency tower maintenance at all hours.
- Plan and map out radio frequencies on towers to avoid interference and optimize connections.
