CNC Machining Specialist
ESPO Corporation is in search of a talented CNC Machining Specialist to enhance our manufacturing team. This role provides a permanent position with day shift hours and potential for additional overtime.
Position Summary:
- Designing and optimizing manufacturing workflows
- Creating tool paths from both 2D and 3D designs
- Diagnosing and resolving CNC programming issues
- Enhancing efficiency and operational processes
- Recommending tooling and appropriate speeds/feeds
- Fostering innovation and creativity in machining practices
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with 3/5 axis machining centers
- Skilled in interpreting blueprints and comprehending GD&T features
- Expertise in CNC G-Code programming
- Familiarity with Gibbs Cam and Esprit software is advantageous
- Knowledge of the machining characteristics of various materials
- Capability to perform hands-on tasks in a manufacturing environment
