Key Responsibilities
  • Parts, accessories, and apparel sales - over the counter, and by phone
  • After sales- customer service; and receiving and shipping
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Understanding and ability to learn information on parts & accessories sold
  • Greet and assist all walk-in guest inquiries with an attitude of great service
  • Track all pending orders & follow-up with guest on arrival or E.T.A.
  • Maintain parts sales floor and specific assigned section
  • Ability to work as a team player with other departments in the dealership
  • Interact with people and follow a structured sales process
Requirements
  • Has a love for all things powersports and/or have powersports experience
  • Retail experience (Car or Motorcycle preferred)
  • Honest, friendly, self-driven, results-oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & is comfortable multi-tasking
  • Self-motivator to reach sales targets
  • ADP Lightspeed experience a plus
