Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Manager to oversee the Operating Room at Montefiore Medical Center. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining nursing standards, demonstrating leadership, and ensuring quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage nursing and ancillary staff within the Operating Room
- Coordinate activities such as inventory management, budgeting, and performance improvement
- Demonstrate leadership and clinical expertise
- Ensure competence and professional development of staff
- New York State RN license
- Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of management experience
- Minimum 3 years of OR experience
- C.N.O.R Certification
- Membership in A.O.R.N.
- BLS certification
