Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage nursing and ancillary staff within the Operating Room
  • Coordinate activities such as inventory management, budgeting, and performance improvement
  • Demonstrate leadership and clinical expertise
  • Ensure competence and professional development of staff
Requirements
  • New York State RN license
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience
  • Minimum 3 years of OR experience
  • C.N.O.R Certification
  • Membership in A.O.R.N.
  • BLS certification
