Caregiver/Companion

We are a growing agency that provides home and community-based services in South San Francisco, California. Our mission is to deliver high-quality care and support to individuals in need.

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated professionals to join our team of caregivers. As a Home Care Aide, you will provide non-medical home care services and support to seniors, disabled individuals, and others in the community.

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) such as bathing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Offer companionship and recreational activities such as bingo, chess, reading, and exercising.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, nutrition, and hydration.
• Provide light housekeeping services (not to exceed 20% of total weekly hours).
• Administer first aid and infection control measures.
• Supervise and remind clients of medication schedules.

To be successful in this role, you must be a compassionate and caring individual with excellent communication skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team. A background in healthcare or a related field is preferred.
