We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist II to join our team at Stanford Health Care. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to our legacy of hope and innovation.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with our Bone Marrow Transplant providers and other team members to provide direct medication management under collaborative practice protocols.
- Develop and implement pharmaceutical services to support the care of patients undergoing bone marrow transplant.
- Participate in hospital research projects and perform pharmaceutical research as needed.
- Provide guidance to investigational drug service pharmacy technicians and serve as the liaison between the study team, protocol sponsor, and nursing to coordinate drug therapy.
- Participate in audits from regulatory agencies as needed.
- Bachelor's in Pharmacy from an accredited college or university.
- Two (2) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
- One (1) year if completed a PGY1 residency.
- Ability to apply judgment and make informed decisions.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to foster effective working relationships and build consensus.
- Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, work independently, and meet deadlines.
