Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist II to join our team at Stanford Health Care. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to our legacy of hope and innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our Bone Marrow Transplant providers and other team members to provide direct medication management under collaborative practice protocols.
  • Develop and implement pharmaceutical services to support the care of patients undergoing bone marrow transplant.
  • Participate in hospital research projects and perform pharmaceutical research as needed.
  • Provide guidance to investigational drug service pharmacy technicians and serve as the liaison between the study team, protocol sponsor, and nursing to coordinate drug therapy.
  • Participate in audits from regulatory agencies as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's in Pharmacy from an accredited college or university.
  • Two (2) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
  • One (1) year if completed a PGY1 residency.
  • Ability to apply judgment and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to foster effective working relationships and build consensus.
  • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, work independently, and meet deadlines.
