We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Dietitian to join our team at Johns Hopkins HealthCare. As a Pediatric Dietitian - Intestinal Rehab Specialist, you will play a vital role in promoting the health and well-being of our pediatric patients with intestinal rehabilitation needs.

About the Role

As a Pediatric Dietitian - Intestinal Rehab Specialist, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary health team to provide high-quality care to our pediatric patients. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing personalized nutrition plans to support the recovery and rehabilitation of our patients with intestinal disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to pediatric patients with intestinal rehabilitation needs
  • Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans to support patient recovery and rehabilitation
  • Conduct nutritional assessments and provide education to patients and families on healthy eating habits and nutrition
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and develop treatment plans
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices in pediatric nutrition and intestinal rehabilitation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field
  • Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist certification by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
  • Dietetics/Nutritionist licensure in the State of Florida
  • 1 year of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in pediatric nutrition or intestinal rehabilitation
  • Ability to travel to outreach locations for patient assignments
