Carpentry Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Western Exterminator Company. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for performing structural repairs caused by termite damage, working hands-on daily to ensure high-quality results. This is a full-time position that requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of customer service experience. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, communicating with customers, and performing repairs in a safe and efficient manner. • Perform structural repairs caused by termite damage, including repairs to fascia boards, sheathing, eves, rafters, wood siding, trim, roofing, sub-floors, decks, and patios.
• Communicate with customers to discuss procedures and structural modifications, which may be supplemental to the treatment process.
• Operate and maintain equipment and vehicles in a state of cleanliness and good working order.
• Safely climb and use ladders, crawl through attics and sub-areas, and work in a variety of environments.
• Be flexible with working hours, Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations.
• Must pass pre-employment background screen and have a valid driver's license/clean driving record.
