Our facilities are equipped with cutting-edge cardio and strength training apparatus, comprehensive weight rooms, and amenities including locker rooms with showers, tanning options, HydroMassage beds, and advanced Styku Body Scans with professional evaluations for all members. We also provide engaging small group fitness classes focused on fat loss and high-intensity interval training (HIIT), creating an enjoyable atmosphere for our members.

Candidate Qualifications:- 3-5 years of managerial experience in the fitness sector, preferably overseeing multiple locations.
- Demonstrated success in sales, operations, and team leadership.
- Detail-oriented with a positive outlook, strong teamwork abilities, and a focus on career advancement.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Adept at managing costs and tracking performance metrics.
- Open to learning and implementing innovative strategies and processes.
- A genuine passion for fitness.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in managing and developing fitness staff across various levels, ideally within a national health club brand.
- Extensive background in evaluating and enhancing management, programs, and personnel.
- Proven leadership capabilities in educational, fitness, or professional environments.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in translating strategic objectives into actionable plans that yield results.
- Sound business judgment in diverse scenarios.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the fitness industry and member needs.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Effective delegation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to inspire, develop, and manage teams at all levels.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

- Oversee sales achievements against monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Ensure daily operations align with core values and company policies.

- Participate in new site openings and ensure timely repairs of club equipment.

- Manage recruitment and orientation processes to ensure qualified staffing.
- Provide guidance to General Managers on personnel matters and operational challenges.
- Encourage regular coaching and feedback among staff to meet company expectations.
