Soliant is actively seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential services in an educational environment. This role focuses on evaluating, diagnosing, and treating students with speech, language, and communication challenges, aiming to enhance their educational experience.
Core Responsibilities:
- Perform evaluations to determine the presence of speech and language issues.
- Create and execute tailored therapy plans for individual students.
- Deliver direct therapeutic interventions to support student development.
- Work collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student achievement.
- Ensure thorough documentation and maintain progress tracking for each student.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Possession of a valid SLP license or the ability to obtain one.
- Experience in a school-based setting is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
