The Family Access Center is seeking a qualified Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in Council Bluffs, Iowa. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary up to $68,000 annually, plus opportunities for additional earnings based on productivity.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work, be licensed in the State of Iowa (LMHC, LISW or LMSW--temporary licensure accepted), and have strong written and verbal communication skills.

This role requires providing individual, family, and couples mental health therapy, conducting comprehensive assessments, and developing treatment plans. The successful candidate will also coordinate services with referral sources and other professionals, maintain confidential client records, and participate in program development and implementation.

Responsibilities:
