About the Role
Sales professionals with a passion for healthcare innovation can make a significant impact at Rep-Lite. We are seeking a Territory Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team and drive sales success in the cardiovascular division. With a focus on building strong relationships and leveraging technology, this role offers the chance to expand market share and meet business goals within your territory.

Responsibilities
- Drive sales success by achieving targets and expanding market share
- Build relationships with healthcare providers, including specialists and key decision-makers
- Analyze and strategize using business analytics and market insights
- Leverage technology, such as CRM tools, to track sales activities and optimize performance
- Collaborate and communicate with team members and internal stakeholders to foster a collaborative sales approach

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2–3 years of successful medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory (daily and/or overnight)
- Residence within the specified geography or willingness to relocate

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with cardiologists or in cardiology-related sales
- Knowledge of the U.S. healthcare market
