About the Role

Staff My Agency is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative. This role offers an exciting opportunity for growth and development in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Establish strong relationships with customers and provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success each day.
Benefits
  • Base Pay: $40,000 - $60,000 per year

Requirements
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • People-oriented and self-motivated individual
  • Detailed and proactive problem-solver
  • Dedicated to customer service and committed to getting work done accurately and timely
  • Ability to learn computer functions and work in a team environment
  • Able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life and Health licenses
  • Selected candidate expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education
