Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting. You will work closely with our team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care and support.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
  • Experience in dialysis or nephrology nursing preferred
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification preferred
