Dining Room Operations Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dining Room Care Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing dining and table services to residents in our community's dining rooms and designated areas, ensuring that our standards are met at all times.
Responsibilities- Serve as a role model in providing exceptional dining service to our residents.
- Assist with training team members to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Maintain proper dining room setup, including cleanliness and organization.
- Assist in special events and activities that promote resident engagement.
- Monitor and maintain checklists to ensure the dining area meets our standards.
- Responsible for handling all food and beverages in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards.
- Evaluate and address any issues related to food service, including compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- A minimum of one year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full-service senior living.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
