Are you a skilled HR professional looking for a challenging opportunity? We have an exciting role available for a Human Resources Manager at our Encinal, Texas location.
This position requires on the clock work with hands-on duties five to six days a week.
A competitive salary of $55,000 per year is offered, paid weekly, plus a $300 monthly phone and travel stipend.
Additional benefits include 2 weeks paid vacation and a fun environment with lots of potential growth.
We are seeking someone with previous HR experience and knowledge to join our team as a Human Resources Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Employee Recruitment, Screening and Hiring
- New Hire Paperwork, Government required documents
- Employee Training
- Staff Development
- Monitoring Labor Hours and Wages - store schedules
- Implementation of employee handbook, policies and procedures
- Employee Counseling and Write-Ups
- Staff Meetings
- TABC and Food Handler Certification Tracking
- Incident Investigations – Proper documentation and statements
- Employee Terminations
- Vacation and Time Off accruals and tracking
- Previous HR experience and knowledge
- On the clock work with hands-on duties five to six days a week
