We are seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Adults & Children with Learning and Developmental Disabilities, Inc. (ACLD). As a leading not-for-profit agency, we provide innovative services to individuals with developmental disabilities, empowering them to reach their full potential.

About the Role

In this critical position, you will work closely with our adult services program, delivering direct services to adults using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and conducting skills assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing training and supervision to Behavior Support staff.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct skills assessments and develop treatment plans based on ABA principles
  • Design and implement data collection systems to evaluate progress
  • Provide training and supervision to Behavior Support staff
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, or a related field
  • NYS Certification as a BCBA
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and other diagnostic tools
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administering verbal behavior assessments, conducting language, play, and skill-based assessments, and designing, implementing, and training others using individualized language, play, and skill-based curricula
