About the Role

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our Retail UX design function, providing user-centred experience strategy, design concepts, and production-ready design assets to deliver a consistent and meaningful guest and employee experience across our digital touch points.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create user experiences for defined elements of Lululemon Digital & Omni, enabling employees to connect with guests in meaningful ways across our digital ecosystem.
  • Work closely with the Product Manager to create designs that meet user needs, at the intersection of business needs and technical capability.
  • Develop engaging, user-centered designs from early concept to final product in a collaborative environment, involving user research, A/B testing, design systems, and other partners.
  • Ensure designs deliver on key company and guest goals.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in mobile app product design or mobile app user experience design, preferably in retail, ecommerce, omni-channel or adjacent industries.
  • Proven skills in user-centered design methodologies, creating mock-ups and prototypes, UI design, and accessibility requirements for iOS and mobile.
  • A portfolio demonstrating your end-to-end design process.
  • Solid presentation skills to share your work with credibility, clarity, and confidence.
  • Practical understanding of current technologies used to build rich experiences in native mobile apps.
