At In-Group Hospitality, we believe in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests. As a Breakfast Host/Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience.
Responsibilities:- Guest Interaction: Greet guests in a friendly and engaging manner, making them feel welcome and valued.
- Food Preparation: Prepare all breakfast items according to instructions, ensuring proper sanitation methods are used and food is presented in an appealing manner.
- Service: Serve prepared food according to guidelines and brand standards, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and inviting environment by restocking condiment areas, emptying trash and recycling, and following all food sanitization standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure equipment is operating properly by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, and performing preventive maintenance.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts and ordering as requested by management.
- Food Safety: Ensure all food handling, safety, and sanitization protocols are followed at all times.
- Guest Requests: Promptly respond to guest requests and ensure their needs are met.
- Appearance and Grooming: Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
- Attendance: Adhere to shift schedule and attendance guidelines.
In some locations, made-to-order food and beverage may be available, requiring the associate to take orders accurately, enter orders in the point of sale (POS) machine, and print closing reports.
Requirements:- Physical Demands: Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time, lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 lbs., independently.
- Certifications: Ability to obtain a food handlers card and alcohol beverage service cards, or other applicable licensing in accordance with local food and beverage service ordinances.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous food service experience.
