Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Clerk to join our team at NFI Industries. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of shipping and receiving activities, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with outbound carriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of shipping and receiving activities, including bills of lading and inventory reports
  • Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to shipping and receiving
  • Perform material handling duties, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and loading
  • Monitor trailer capacity and work with spotters to ensure efficient trailer moves
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment preferred
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems and computer applications, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift and move totes up to 50 pounds, with regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching
