- Managing appointment scheduling and rescheduling, including transferring patients to appropriate departments.
- Adapting communication and behavior to meet the needs of diverse patient populations.
Education:
Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Completion of a Medical Assistant training program.
Experience:
Preferred: Relevant experience in a clinical or medical office setting.
Certifications:
Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Preferred: Certifications such as Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM), Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA), or Medical Assistant certification.
