Job Description

We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician II to join our team. The successful candidate will provide multi-skilled industrial maintenance support focused on customer service, quality, cost, and productivity in a Total Productive Improvement (TPM) and continuous improvement (CI) environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide maintenance support to production equipment and facilities
  • Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery
  • Document all work performed and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of industrial maintenance experience or 5-7 years of equivalent experience
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Understanding of TPM principles and ability to participate in TPM initiatives
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems
  • Working knowledge of electrical test equipment and ability to measure current, voltage, and resistance
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
