Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain all hallways, stairwells, common areas, elevators, mail box areas, laundry rooms, model, corporate and vacant apartments.

- Familiarity with power, water, and gas turnoffs, clean-out traps, fire extinguishers, and fire systems.
- Ability to be on call for emergency duty.
