Job Title: MRI Technologist - Travel Position

CrossMed Allied is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to fill a travel position in Rockford, Illinois.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced MRI Technologist to join our team on a travel assignment. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for operating MRI equipment, preparing patients for procedures, and ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
  • Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians and other health team members to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as an MRI Technologist
  • Graduate from an accredited school
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements
  • Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment, pushing, bending, and pulling
