Aureus Medical Group - Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist to fill a 13-week position in the Portland, Maine area.
About the PositionThis opportunity is perfect for experienced Physical Therapists looking to explore new destinations and gain valuable home health experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in physical therapy principles and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes or outpatient settings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals and needs
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient strengths and weaknesses
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress
- Current license as a Physical Therapist in the state of Maine
- At least 1 year of experience in home health or a related field
- Valid driver's license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
