Key Responsibilities

As a Graduate Engineer, you will:

  • Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and contract cost estimates, requiring strong coordination skills
  • Develop innovative solutions to complex engineering problems
  • Lead engineering planning, analysis, design, estimating, contracting, project management, construction, and delivery phases
  • Build and maintain relationships between project teams, ensuring technical, quality, cost, and client requirements are met
  • Coordinate with outside sub-consultants as needed
  • Prepare reports to communicate project information to team members, clients, and stakeholders
  • Work closely with project teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Manage multiple simultaneous projects within a multi-disciplinary team
  • Maintain regular and prompt attendance at WGA Consulting Engineers' Houston office
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related engineering discipline
  • EIT license required; or able to receive within 6 months of employment
