Position Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in improving patient access to behavioral health services by offering individual therapy, conducting assessments, and developing tailored treatment plans. This position requires strong clinical skills, effective communication, and a commitment to patient-focused care. You will manage a caseload of approximately 25-30 clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Individual Therapy:** Conduct weekly sessions with assigned clients using evidence-based therapeutic methods. Complete all necessary documentation and collaborate with the team to create personalized treatment plans. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
2. **Clinical Documentation:** Ensure timely completion of clinical documentation for all therapy sessions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
3. **Team Collaboration:** Work alongside other professionals in the treatment team, including psychiatrists and care coordinators, to provide comprehensive care for clients.
4. **Crisis Support:** Offer crisis intervention and support to clients when necessary.
5. **Professional Development:** Engage in weekly supervision and training sessions to enhance clinical expertise. Stay informed about best practices and advancements in mental health therapy. Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards in all clinical practices.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.
- Valid LMFT/LCSW/LPCC license in good standing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and adapt to diverse client needs.
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and education.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in mental health.
- Familiarity with TMS and higher levels of care (residential, PHP/IOP).
- Experience with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 annually
