Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain chemical dispensing equipment, commercial dish machines, and on-premise laundry equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Provide training and coaching to Senior Field Service Technicians
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a field service or maintenance role
  • Knowledge of plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems
  • Experience with Mechanical Warewash (MWW) and On Premise Laundry (OPL) equipment
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 30% of the time
Working Conditions
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Occasional overnight travel required
  • Ability to lift, lower, and carry objects up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in extreme temperatures and varying environmental conditions
