Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and expertise to our development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code.
  • Architecture and Design: Create high-level architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems and platforms.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with product managers, designers, and clients to translate user requirements into design for new software or extensive software revisions.
  • Agile Methodologies: Apply Agile principles and practices to ensure efficient and effective software development.
  • Team Mentoring: Mentor and guide our offshore team, providing technical expertise and guidance.
  • Onsite and Offshore Coordination: Collaborate with our onsite and offshore teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of projects.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of software development experience
  • 6-10 years of experience designing or configuring software applications
  • Deep understanding of modern coding technologies, including Angular, Typescript, HTML, CSS, JS, Ionic, NGRX, Capacitor, GraphQL, and build runners
  • Knowledge of micro frontends and module-federation
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
